Senior Communications Manager
As Senior Communications Manager at KBPR, Nichola works closely with clients on both their day-to-day media activities as well as their long-term goals – developing achievable and creative communication plans and strategies to meet their business development objectives.
Supporting Kate on KBPR’s own new business development and maintaining and enhancing the KBPR brand in the pensions industry, Nichola has a part to play in developing meaningful connections across the industry and representing KBPR at various events.
Nichola also takes responsibility for the operational side of the business, drawing on her extensive experience in that area to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our clients, press and each other.
With over 10 years’ experience in the regulated financial industry across SIPPs, SSASs, employee benefits and (DC) workplace pensions in various management and operational roles for both UK and International organisations, Nichola brings a unique and in-depth DC pensions knowledge as well as on the ground experience of managing pension schemes and looking after members – generating a new dynamic to the work we do, and a new perspective.
In her spare time, Nichola enjoys singing, charity runs, and taking time at home with her young family. She has a little girl aged 11, not forgetting her baby chihuahua Barkley! Family time is Nichola’s happy place.
