Kate is Client Director at KBPR, and is responsible for client strategy, planning and new business development. Kate has 20 years’ experience in PR and marketing within the financial sector, specialising in pensions, investments and employee benefits. She established KBPR in 2009 to represent organisations who want to work in partnership to challenge the status quo; doing things differently to innovate, educate and push the conversations and boundaries of the industry.
Working across all clients, who represent the full spectrum of services across the industry and everything from new brands to high-profile firms and individuals, Kate lends her expertise and experience to provide strategic and tactical advice across all aspects of PR and communications. Kate is one of the most respected and sought-after advisers in the industry and her connections with clients, peers and the media speak for themselves. Kate herself was listed in Brummel’s “Ones to watch” and is regularly invited to judge the industry’s largest awards.
When not ensconced in the world of finance and PR, Kate enjoys spending time with her young family of all girls assuming the role of Cinderella or PA/Chauffeur as required. She also really enjoys all forms of keeping fit and healthy… from long dog walks to running, weights, boxing…HIIT …all kept in balance by a very unhelpful sugar addiction.
