Kate already had five and a half years’ experience in financial services PR when she established KBPR in 2009.
Fast forward eight years and Kate’s passion for pensions and investment PR is still going strong today. Kate is one of the most respected and sought-after PR advisers in the pensions and investment world and her connections with KBPR’s clients, industry peers and the media speaks for itself.
Kate is regularly invited to judge the industry’s largest awards and KBPR are the reigning winner of the FT's PIPA Financial Services PR Award - their third victory in the category. While this leaves precious little free time for non-pensions pursuits, Kate enjoys assuming the role of Cinderella (or one of the less fortunate sisters) playing with her two little daughters.
In 2014 Kate was listed in Brummel's "Ones to watch: 2014".

Jo has fifteen years of in-house financial PR and communications experience gained from working at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and then Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where her most recent role was as Associate Director within its UK Corporate Communications Team.
She joined KBPR in September 2015 and is enjoying the switch to looking after the client instead of being the client. Jo has worked across many sectors of the investment industry and spent the latter part of her time at Fidelity focused on DC and launching its Retirement Business.
What Jo likes most is to be busy and challenged, and this certainly extends from work into her home life where she has her hands full with a young and large(ish) family.

Having joined KBPR as administrator in May 2012, we now joke that Heather is the real boss – making sure we’re doing everything we should and are always where we’re supposed to be!
She comes from a strong PA, office and event management background and prior to this managed various school departments. Heather is a keen and talented baker, seen by many as the Mary Berry of pensions.
